Facebook for iOS is picking up a major new gimmick today, which is intended to give Foursquare-style suggestions on the spots that clients visit. Called Place Tips, the apparatus will present posts and photographs that a client's companions have imparted at the same area that is being gone by.
For instance, when going by a restaurant, if a Facebook companion has already been to the same spot, Place Tips will show any photographs and posts that were made at that area, telling clients what may respect request or what to stay away from.
